?Village Hall to become garage.? Permission for the conversion of Bardon Mill Village Hall into a commercial vehicle garage with a 500 gallon oil storage tank has been granted by the county planning committee. The change of use will not become effective until a new access is constructed in accordance with county standards. The rural council was told on Thursday that the direction had been made by the Ministry of Transport in the interests of road safety.
