Getting to us by Bus

There is a regular service to Bellingham by Bus from Hexham - the 680 service run by GoNorthEast. It stops literally at our door step, so very convenient. There is time a plenty for a visit to the Heritage Centre, light refreshments at Tea on the Train and, if you desire, a self guided walk round the village or to the Hareshaw Linn. Come in and ask us for guidance or a leaflet. The timetable for the 680 service is here. You can get to Hexham by bus and change at the bus station, or take a train to Hexham via the lovely Tyne Valley Line and catch the bus at the interchange outside the station.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are allowed inside the Heritage Centre whilst under your control at all times. Alternatively, our dog can lap up some Northumbrian sunshine and a bowl of fresh water outside while you look around. There is seating on the old station platform and garden area outside Tea on the Train where you and your dog can dine al fresco.
